Q. What is Google access limit?
A. CCal 10 accesses Google via API v2, which does not have a daily limit. However, Google has ended developing and supporting API v2.
CCal 11 accesses Google via API v3, which does have a daily access limit including the total access amount of all CCal 11 users. After the daily limit has been reached, please try again after the restriction is lifted at midnight San Francisco time.
In CCal 11 Free version, users can usually sync for approximately 10 to 20 hours from 0am (San Francisco time). In the Paid version, users can sync at any time. (as of 20 Oct 2012)

Q. When I try to sync, the error message saying "Google is restricting access" appears and I can't sync. When can I sync?
A. In the Free version, users can usually sync for approximately 10 to 24 hours from 0am (San Francisco time). In the Paid version, users can sync at any time. (as of 20 Oct 2012)
Q. My events duplicate.
A. CCal displays Calendar app's events (events registered in Apple's Calendar app). Probably, you have set up Apple's Calendar app to sync with Google Calendar. CCal displays those events automatically. Then, after CCal syncs with Google Calendar, CCal displays events both from Google Calendars and from Calendar app (which has events in Google Calendar.).
Q. My events disappeared.
A. Please make sure the calendar to which the event belongs is not set to invisible. You can set visiblity in the pull down menu from the triangle button at the top right corner of the screen.

Q. I can't add an event.
A. Please make sure the calendar to which the event belongs is not set to invisible. You can set visiblity in the pull down menu from the triangle button at the top right corner of the screen.

Q. I have added an event, but the event does not appear on Google Calendar website.
A. Please make sure you sync either manually or automatically. Also please make sure the event falls within the sync period. In default settings, the sync period is set to -180 days to +180 days. Also Calendar app events (events registered in Calendar app) will not be uploaded to Google Calendar. If you want to sync with Google Calendar, add an event that belongs to a calendar in Google Calendar.

Q. How do I display weather forecast?
A. This requires to be set up on Google Calendar. Setup your location and turn weather option on. Then sync with CCal.

Q. How do I change the beginning of the week, public holiday, and background color?
A. CCal11, Choose "Gear button" ▸ "Settings" ▸ "Date and Clock" ▸ "Customize Your Week"

Q. CCal displays October even though it's already November.
A. CCal does not change display state automatically. If you want to display "Today" always, go to "Gear Button" ▸ "Settings" ▸ "General" and customize the setting here.

A. Tap the arrow button at the bottom of the screen. (Or swipe the screen... For the first example, swipe from anywhere. For the second example, swipe from top. )

Q. When editing a calendar app's event, "Event does not belong to eventStore" appears（iOS5.0）
A. Please try this... "Gear button" ▸ "Settings" ▸ "Customize" ▸ "Others" ▸ "Default Duration" then set number other than 0 minutes.

Q. How do I display Contacts' birthdays?
A. Choose "Manage Calendars" from gear button on top left of the screen. Then turn on "Calendars from Calendar app" switch.

Q. The event I created comes up on the previous (or next) day.
A. The time zone of the event is different from the time zone of your location. Please check if the time zone of the event is as you intended. (The time zone of a newly created event inherits the time zone of the calendar that the event belongs to. You can change calendar's time zone from "Manage Calendar" page.)

Q. Error Codes
[Error 400] In most cases, this error occurs when participant's email address is not valid. For example,
"012-3456-789" (not email address)
"johnappleseed@apple.com(Work)" (ontains invalid text)
"taro...yamada@docomo.ne.jp" (more than one dot in sequence (multiple dots)... this is not acceptable to Google.)
If any of your contacts have examples of these email addresses, please modify them so Google will accept them.
[Error 500] In some calendars, 500 error occurs when overwriting an event. This is caused because Google calendar server does not work correctly. This does not occur always. Please try again later.
"Google sent wrong data (Error code 6)" When this error occurs, please try again later after several hours.

Tap and hold on the title bar to show the dialogue to jump to any date.
Tap and hold the search button to find the most recently edited event.
In chart view, pinch the view vertically to adjust grid width. (Except for one week charts)
In one week chart view, pinch the time label on left to adjust grid width.
To close an event window, you can swipe the screen horizontally instead of x button.
In the chart view, tap and hold an event, then slider knobs appears. You can slide the knobs to change event's time.
Tap and hold the right bottom corner to change end time.
